PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has denied reports over issuing a public holiday on November 9 (tomorrow) on the occasion of Allama Iqbal Day.
KP Spokesman Mushtaq Ghani said that reports about the public holiday are based on rumours and are complete incorrect. He requested the public not to pay heed to them.
He said that the provincial government has not announced any public holiday. Therefore, all government offices and educational institutions will remain open in the province.
