According to details, a blaze broke out in a shoe manufacturing factory located at Ravi Road which engulfed all three floors of the building.
Plastic and chemicals worth millions of rupees were reduced to ashes in the factory fire.
Rescue 1122 teams arrived at the scene and managed to extinguish the fire after one hour of struggle. The rescue teams said that the fire was caused due to a short circuit.
No casualties were reported in the incident.
