Law enforcers recover two abductees from Lyari

KARACHI: Rangers and police, in a joint targeted operation in Lyari, recovered two abducted persons from the violence-prone neighbourhood of the city, ARY News reported Sunday.

The law enforcers besieged the Alfalah Chowk area and recovered two kidnapped persons. Rangers’ spokesman said the abducted persons were identified as Aslam and Akbar, who were kidnapped some days ago for ransom money by the criminals.

The security officials arrested several suspects in their door-to-door search operation.

Meanwhile, a man was killed in firing by unknown men near Aath Chowk of Lyari.
