Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio names one character he would not mind reprising, and it is his Oscar-nominated Martin Scorsese collaboration.
Currently out and about to promote his upcoming action thriller ‘One Battle After Another’, by Paul Thomas Anderson, Leonardo DiCaprio gets candid about his favourite movie role, which he would want to revisit even today, and it is of corrupt stockbroker Jordan Belfort, which he played in Martin Scorsese’s black comedy biopic ‘The Wolf of Wall Street‘, to earn his fourth Academy Award nomination.
“It would be fun to do more Wolf of Wall Street stuff,” he said in a new interview.
While Belfort is his favourite character to revisit, DiCaprio has a career regret of turning down adult film star Dirk Diggler in Anderson’s dramedy ‘Boogie Nights’, he previously revealed.
“I’ll say it even though you’re here: My biggest regret is not doing Boogie Nights. It was a profound movie of my generation,” he said about the 1997 release, which eventually starred Mark Wahlberg in the main role. “I can’t imagine anyone but Mark in it. When I finally got to see that movie, I just thought it was a masterpiece.”
