PERTH: Two men in Australia have been sent behind bars after footage emerged showing them beating kangaroo to death.
Vance Jarvis beat the kangaroo to death with a metal pole, egged on by friend Craig House.
Police found video showing them cornering the kangaroo in a dam in Bunbury, near Perth, and throwing rocks at it when they searched a computer on a separate matter.

They had been due to go on trial yesterday but changed their pleas to guilty with House saying he ate the kangaroo because he was living rough.
House was found to be the instigator and was jailed for 11 months while Jarvis was fined $10,000 (£6,000).
