Govt to initiate micro finance programme in Balochistan: CM Kamal

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Jam Kamal here on Wednesday said that a micro finance programme would be initiated in the province for youths to earn livelihood.

Presiding over a high-level meeting in Quetta, CM Jam Kamal lauded the role being played by the private sector in eradication of poverty and provision of job opportunities to the youth.

Declaring the youth asset of the nation, the chief minister said that they could play vital role in the development of the country.

Earlier, Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan, on March 27,  had directed the concerned authorities to review recruitment polices for the government jobs in the province.

Chairing a high-level meeting in connection with the public jobs, Jam Kamal Khan had directed the authorities to devise recruitment policies keeping in view the challenges of current era.

He had directed the committee to come up with the new recommendations within two days. According to a declaration, the provincial government would start recruitment process as soon as the approval of necessary amendments in the policy.
