ISLAMABAD: The hearing of the Missing Persons Case will resume today in the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan here on Monday – ARY News reports.
Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will hear the case.
The apex court had rejected the details of the missing persons provided by the Defense Minister Khwaja Muhammad Asif and ordered the missing persons in Waziristan and Kunar to be presented in the court today.
Khwaja Muhammad Asif had earlier presented six missing persons during the closed door hearing where they were identified as well.
