According to details, judicial magistrate Mitthi conducted the hearing of a case against Mir Shakil ur Rehman and other nominated accused. The court expressed extreme displeasure over the absence of Mir Shakil, despite several notices served to him.
The court however issued notice ordering concerned authorities to confiscate the property of Mir Shakil ur Rehman.
A few months ago, a case was registered against Mir Shakil ur Rehman and others for committing the blasphemy of Ahle Bait (RA), during a program aired on Geo Tv.
Moreover, numerous courts all over the country have issued arrest warrants of the accused in the cases registered under the same blasphemy law.
