The in-camera session of the judicial commission was held here, which examined all the evidences furnished before it. Justice Ali Baqar Najfi presided over the session.
Sessions judge Lahore furnished the report before the judicial commission regarding statements of injured persons of Model Town tragedy. Inter-Services Intelligence and Intelligence Bureau also submitted their reports. However, the special branch sought more time for producing footage of the incident.
Joint investigation team produced the telephonic conversation record of Punjab chief minister, Rana Sanaullah, Dr. Tauqeer Shah, IG Punjab, chief secretary Punjab and other officials concerned. The team sought more time for production of complete telephonic record.
The tribunal accepted the request and adjourned the proceedings till July 16.
