KARACHI: ARY News anchorperson Mubashir Lucman further exposed Jang Group in his program Khara Such on Monday, ARY News reports from Karachi.
It was disclosed in his show that Jang newspaper plagiarized the anti-Pakistan Army article, written by Indian Express, without citing the source.
In the program, Aqeel Karim Dhedhi said that the true face of Geo and Jang group has come out in front of the masses. He further expressed his optimism that the nation will boycott Geo Group. Aqeel Karim Dhedhi further said that he values the efforts of ARY Group.
Senator Faisal Raza Abidi of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), while talking to Mubashir Lucman alleged that Mir Shakeel-ur-Rehman is introducing Indian culture in Pakistan through the media. He stated that the enemy is attacking the state by using the media. He requested Mir Shakeel-ur-Rehman to stop enforcing India’s culture in the country.
Faisal Raza Abidi, speaking against former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, inquired that why did the former top judge did not take suo moto notice against the Bannu jail break. He said that the verdict of the Karachi Unrest Case is still unannounced. He always illusioned to force top level officers to appear before him in the court, Abidi said.
He further claimed Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was made the Advocate General on the reference of Nawab Akbar Bugti but Bugti’s murderers haven’t been convicted yet.
He further pressed accusations that the former top judge was spreading hate amongst the civilians of Pakistan by ridiculing the military. He labelled the former top judge as a judicial martial law administrator and demanded he should be made an example.
PPP Senator pointed fingers at Arsalan Iftikhar, son of Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, that he is richer now than he was in 2007. He further alleged that he received 1.5 billion rupees. The PPP spokesman further alleged that the corruption of Arsalan Iftikhar was a give and take deal.
Further speaking against a specific news channel, Faisal Raza Abidi claimed that the news of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) went on the channel like they were dialogues from an Indian film despite that the prohibition of cameras and mobile phones in the court room.
Faisal Raza Abidi further claimed that the former top judge facilitated the former President and Army Chief General (Retd.) Pervez Musharraf to amend the constitution of Pakistan.
