During his address with a three-day JI public gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan, Munawwar Hassan presented the theory that suggested ‘combating in the way of Allah’ as a solution to all the persisting issues in the country.
Munawwar said, “The solution to current issues lies in Jihad and combat in the way of Allah, for one cannot bring circumstances under control through democratic politics”.
In his speech, he also urged for spreading the culture of ‘Jihad’.
The former JI emir said that such a fight should not be misconstrued as extremism or terrorism.
