ISLAMABAD: Special Court has warned that it will issue non-bailable arrest warrant of former President General Pervez Musharraf if he fails to appear in the hearing of the treason case on 18th February, ARY News reports.
Musharraf Treason Case was heard in the Special Court by Justice Faisal Arab.
Pervez Musharraf did not appear in the hearing on Friday (today) as well. The bench warned Musharraf's counsel that a non-bailable arrest warrant will be issued if he does not appear in the hearing on 18th February.
Defence Lawyer Anwar Mansoor told the court that Musharraf will indeed appear in the court that day.
The bench adjourned the hearing of Musharraf Treason Case till 10th February.
