The deceased was identified as Fawwad Mishan, who was studying at the Risalpur Academy.
Sources told that Mishan had arrived in Islamabad on Friday for the sake of outing, accompanied by a friend.
However, he was found dead inside a guest house in the morning.
Police took his body into custody and shifted it to Poly Clinic for medico-legal formalities, while the Saudi Embassy has been contacted in this regard.
