Haque refutes romours of any direction to NAB from PM Khan

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Political Affairs, Naeemul Haque has said Prime Minister Imran Khan never issues any directives to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), ARY News reported on Sunday.

“The government has neither influenced the anti-graft watchdog nor it will in the future”, Haque said while interacting with the news men in Islamabad here, today.

Raid at Hamza Shehbaz Sharif was conducted by the accountability bureau accordance with the law and the PML-N leader resisted the arrest for two days.

Nawaz and other persons who looted nation’s resources will have to face the music, he continued.

Replying to a query by a journalist on the anti-government long march by Fazlur Rehman and Asif Zardari he said that they cannot do anything and will fail.

On a question asked about Punjab CM, he said that Buzdar is governing a big province which is not an easy job.

He said the premier is also paying special attention to uplift the sports in the country as developing the sector will help in creating a healthy environment.
