A petition was filed in the court of District Sessions Judge of Nankana Sahab Nisar Ahmad against Shaikh Rasheed on November 17th pleading the politician to be termed traitor.
It should be noted that AML President is known for making inciting speeches against his political opponents.
The judge accepted the petition and ordered Police to file a case againt Shaikh Rasheed for inciting violence in his speech at PTI’s rally on 12th October.
