Nation will have to take to streets for justice, says Imran Khan

SIALKOT: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan has said that the nation will have to take to streets and consult the courts for obtaining justice, while he also rejected a budget aimed at facilitating the rich only – ARY News reports.

Addressing a huge public meeting here on Saturday, Imran Khan said that nobody can prevent the ones who have come out for acquiring justice.

He said that the people of Pakistan struggled for the restoration of judges, now the nation is looking towards them to get justice served.

Khan repeated once again that worst rigging took place during May-11 elections last year and alleged that NADRA Chairman after switching off the CCTV cameras, was busy manipulating votes.

The PTI Chief said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) accepted its failure in conducting free and fair elections in Karachi.

Imran Khan inquired that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) secured 68 lac votes in 2008 elections, how can 1 crore and 45 lac votes be polled for it in 2013.

‘Was PMLN’s win an outcome of some typing error’, Khan inquired in a lambasting manner. He continued further saying that DPO was running PMLN’s campaign in the recent by-elections in Hafizabad.

Speaking about Budget 2014, the PTI Chairman said it was set only for the 30 lac rich people of the country.

Moreover, he said that the rulers have all their assets outside Pakistan and the poor are getting poorer, with every passing day.
