According to Radio Pakistan, National Assembly will launch its official social media accounts for wider parliamentary outreach to the public.
The decision of launching the social media accounts of the National Assembly was made during a meeting headed by Speaker Ayaz Sadiq.
“The Speaker said that social media pages of the National Assembly will disseminate timely information to people”, Radio Pakistan stated.
It should be noted that several Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) from different political parties have their own social media profiles as well.
