The Indian high commissioner, speaking to media after visiting Badshahi Masjid and Shahi Qilla, said that tourism will improve the bilateral ties between the two states.

He thanked the Pakistani govt and Edhi Foundation for raising the Geeta issue and also said that the construction of temples in the country is a welcoming gesture.

On the occasion, Chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board Siddique (ETPB)  Siddique-ul-Farooq said that PM Nawaz Sharif has appointed him to serve the minorities and Islam teaches its followers to love other.
