Nawaz trying to become ‘Mughal-e-Azam’, lashes Imran

While speaking to the media, Imran Khan said that they are working with other opposition parties to make a final decision on the inquiry into the Panama Papers.

He said that it is the constitutional right of opposition to question the prime minister about his assets and in a democratic country the premier is bound to respond to such queries.

Taking exception to the Pakistan premier, the PTI chairman said that Nawaz Sharif is trying to become ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ (emperor).

Imran Khan went on to say that he has disclosed all his assets and had sold his flat in London in 2003, remitting all the money to Pakistan.

He said that it is a crime to send money abroad without declaring it and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has the responsibility to probe it for it also involves ‘public wealth’.
