Nawaz, Zardari to inaugurate Thar coal power project today

THAR: Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif and former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari will inaugurate the 600 MW Thar coal power project today, ARY News reports on Friday.

All four Chief Ministers, State Ministers along with important figures are likely to attend the inauguration ceremony.

Political quarters have interpreted the occasion as a friendly gesture between the federal government and the opposition.

It is also being said that a one on one meeting is also being expected between the two leaders.
