KARACHI: Shahid Hayat Khan, Additional Inspector General of Police, on Sunday emphasized on the necessity of a continuous targeted operation in the city to rid the city from criminals, ARY News reports on Sunday.
He claimed that the security officials who served their duty with responsibility will be appreciated whereas strict action will be taken against officers who were negligent in their work.
He also said that the crackdowns were held without discrimination.
Shahid Hayat Khan further added that developments were made in the investigation of the murder case of Didar Hussain Jalbani and members of Tableeghi Jamat.
Moreover, he distributed cash prizes and certificates amongst the officers during the ceremony.
