The spokesperson of the PTA Tuesday said no extensions were given in last date for verification of SIMS. All subscribers should get their SIMS verified through biometric system at respective franchises by February 26.

He told that all the illegal SIMs will be blocked by April 14 and the first phase of SIMs blocking will commence from February 26.
It was further told that the biometric verification of 80 million SIMs from all over the country is still pending.
