KARACHI: The sale of Urea fertilizer of the country has witnessed increase of 47 per cent during the month of November 2013 as compared to previous month, ARY News reported.
According to the statistics, the sale of Urea for the month of November was 4,80,000 ton, in contrast to the sale of 3,27,000 ton for the same month of previous year.
Furthermore, the federal government has asked all provincial chief secretaries and secretaries of agriculture to ensure the sale of urea at its fixed price and also warned about taking strict action against profiteers and hoarders involved in illegally making money.
