Officials brief Scotland Yard team on investigations of Imran Farooq murder so far

The Scotland Yard team on Monday met officials of the Interior Ministry. Officials during the meeting briefed the British investigators about advancements in the high-profile murder case up till now.

Earlier, the Scotland Yard team also called on the British HC Philip Barton, who informed it about the schedule of the interrogation with the arrested suspects.

Sources told that the British HC will formally request the Ministry of Interior seeking access to Moazzam Ali, Khalid Shamim and Mohsin Ali Syed.

The interrogation will take place in the presence of Pakistani officials, while it will also be recorded.

The British investigation team will finish its job from four to six days and return to UK.
