According to details, the bus was en-route to Raiwind when a road cleaning vehicle of the district authorities, made a sudden turn causing the driver of the bus losing control of his vehicle which overturned.
The mishap leaves one person dead while 22 others were injured.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene and shifted the wounded persons to a medical facility for treatment.
The law enforcement agencies have arrested the driver of the cleaning vehicle.
