TOKYO: Pakistan beat archrivals India in Asian Hockey Champions Trophy by 5-4 goals at the Green Stadium, Kakamigahara in Japan.
The Indians have so far won single match in the men’s field hockey tournament against minnows Oman by 3-0.
The Indian team have a poor start in the tournament as they lost against China by 2-0 in their first match and against Japan by 2-1 in the second match.
Defending champions Pakistan have registered their fourth consecutive win, earlier they defeated Malaysia by 1-0 and crushed Oman by 8-0 goals.
