Pakistan clinches world's greatest human flag record from Bangladesh

LAHORE: Pakistan has once again broken the record of making the greatest human flag in the world and clinched this honor back from Bangladesh, as 29040 Pakistani students despite of severe cold and hailing in Lahore, formed the human flag at Qaddafi Stadium – ARY News reports.

According to details, the record breaking ceremony of the greatest national human flag was held at the Qaddafi Stadium on Saturday, which was attended by almost 1.5 lac people. No sooner the event began, weather turned violent and it started hailing along with heavy rain.

Immense cold, raining or hailing, nothing could shake the national zeal of the youth and they remained busy in making the formation of the national flag despite of continuous rain.

After all, the passion of Pakistani people proved fruitful and the organizers of 'Guinness Book of World Records' were compelled to place this great passion in their book and announced another world record made by Pakistan.

Moreover, the ceremony was also addressed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN). He felicitated the students for making a world record and announced to establish a fund the students brightening the name of Pakistan in the fields of sports and education.
