Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said Pakistan could not rule out the involvement of India in planning and facilitating major attacks inside its territory to create chaos and confusion.
Aziz confirmed that the Indian spy agent Kulbhushan Yadav, arrested red handed by Pakistan’s law enforcement agencies in the first week of March this year while infiltrating from the Saravan border area of Balochistan with Iran, had a network, which the government feared, was still operational in the country.

He said Islamabad was gathering evidence that could support its claim that Delhi has been behind creating unrest in Pakistan and assured to bring Yadav case into the notice of the United Nations.
The adviser said it was the most suitable time when stress needed to be given on establishing renewed coordination between Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and National Directorate of Security (NDS) of Afghanistan since both the countries have been badly hit by terrorism.
Pointing towards the growing violence in the Indian-held Kashmir, claimed by both Pakistan and India as its in entirety, Aziz said, talks were the only way forward and Pakistan would invite India once again to sit, and devise a strategy that could lead to a logical solution to the decades-old conflict.

Pakistan, India and Afghanistan have a history of accusing each other of creating instability in their countries.
Islamabad kept on insisting that RAW agents remained active in subversive activities in Balochistan and Karachi for years. On the other hand, India accused Pakistan of being behind Mumbai and Pathankot attacks and fuelling terrorism in Kashmir.
Following the arrest of Yadav from near the Pak-Iran bordering area, Pakistan Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif also had discussed RAW’s involvement in the country’s internal matters with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani during his stay in Islamabad.
