Pakistan Railways to run four special trains for winter vacations

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Railways has decided to run four special trains from today (Friday) between Lahore and Karachi to control crowd of passengers at the end of winter vacations of students.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Railways’ first winter special train left for Lahore from Karachi Cantt Station on Friday.

Pakistan Railways has decided to run two winter special trains from Karachi to Lahore to facilitate the passengers at end of winter vacations.

The second winter special train will leave from Lahore to Karachi on Saturday evening.

Radio Pakistan reported that at least thirteen economy class coaches have been installed in the train.

The third will leave Karachi City Railway Station on Saturday night and fourth and last special winter train will depart from Lahore on night of 1st of next month.

During the journey the trains will stay at Hyderabad, Tando Adam, Nawabshah, Mehrabpur, Rohri, Rahimyar Khan, Multan and Sahiwal.
