Pakistan sees a rise by 100,000 in the number of donkeys in 2014-15

According to the Economic Survey for the fiscal year 2014-2015, the number of donkeys in Pakistan increased to 5.0 million from 4.9 million.

It was also stated that the total number of sheeps increased from 29.1 million to 29.4 million while the number of cattle jumped from 39.7 million of 41.2 million.

The number of buffaloes also saw an increase as the number of the animal increased to 34.6 million to 35.6 million while an increase was also witnessed in the number of goats in the country.

The economic survey also mentions that the population of camels, horses and mules remained unchanged since last year.
