Pakistan soon to become an Asian Tiger: Nawaz Sharif

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, addressing a public rally after inaugurating Hazara Motorway, said that he had promised a motorway and the first motorway is being made in Havelian tehsil of Abbotabad. He added that the motorway will go from Margalla to Islamabad through tunnels.

PM Sharif said that a developed Pakistan should be made. I came here to fulfill the promises which I made during election campaigns. “The PML-N government will also bring prosperity in KP all we need is time”, he said.

He said that the prices of everyday items will be reduced and the backbone of inflation will be broken.

The Premier said that development projects of $ 40 billion have been signed with China. The upcoming coal based energy projects will end the energy shortage in the country.

“One thousand schools are being made in the areas that were struck by the earthquake in 2005 for which billions of rupees are being spent”, Sharif said.  He added that the donations that were collected were spent on a hospital in Swat which will be ready soon.

“The government will also end the power crisis”, he added.

He announced that the foundation stone of Karachi to Lahore motorway will be laid in December. He stressed that railways and expressways will be made which will connect Karachi, Rawalpindi and Lahore.

Nawaz Sharif announced that the prices of petroleum goods are being slashed by Rs. 9.66 per litre.

PM Sharif said that development projects are underway despite the protests in the federal capital.

Nawaz further said that his party does not speak lies nor degrade others. He added that if we had spoken lies then the nation would not have given their mandate to Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz.

“The protesters in Islamabad should see that this is the new and bright Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP)”, he said.

“The construction of Bhasha Dam, which is bigger than the Mangla Dam, also starting soon”, Sharif added.

He added that the protesters are teaching un-ethical and immature politics to the younger generation.
