According to Radio Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain made the statement as he was addressing a ceremony in Rawalpindi.
He added that the roads are being constructed by the central Asian countries to link their region with the CPEC.
The Pakistani President said that Operation Zarb-e-Azb will continue till the last terrorist is eliminated.
