In view of the recent border tension, a poll was conducted to seek people’s opinion of the situation. As many as 91% of the participants replied in negative when asked whether India looks committed to hold talks with Pakistan to resolve the dispute.
While a meager portion of 7% believes that India is looking forward for talks with the neighboring Muslim country. Similarly, two percent said they had no idea about the situation.
India has been violating border ceasefire agreement since the BJP-led government took over. Recently half a dozen Pakistanis lost their lives along the border in firing by Indian border security forces.
