According to details, Badhbair Police intercepted a vehicle at Kohat Road and recovered a huge cache of arms from it during the search. Officials recovered 25 sub-machine guns (SMGs), 25 Repeaters and 10 pistols, while a suspect was also taken under arrest.
Police told that the weapons were being smuggled to Peshawar from the restive tribal region, which could possibly be used in a terrorist activity.
