Petrol prices likely to increase in July

ISLAMABAD: The government is likely to increase prices of petrol from July 1, while rates of other petroleum products are likely to go down, ARY News reported Friday.

Sources told that an increase of Rs 1.88 will be made in petrol prices. It is expected that prices of High Speed Diesel and Light Diesel will be slashed by Rs 2 and Rs 2.10, respectively.

Price of kerosene oil is also likely to be slashed by Rs 1.68 and high octane diesel Rs 2.45.

Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority will dispatch a summary in this regard to ministry of petroleum next week. Following the finalization of the summary, government will announcement new prices of petroleum products for the month of July.
