In a statement, he said a large number of innocent Kashmiris have lost their eyesight due to targeting their eyes through pellet gun.
The prime minister said this is absolutely persecution and even last stage of atrocities against unarmed people.
He strongly appealed to international community to take notice of this atrocities and persecution against people of Occupied Kashmir.
