Suspects liable for destruction of Ziarat Residency arrested: DG ISPR

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s residency located in Ziarat was destroyed in a terrorism incident on June 15, last year is now inaugurated after its reconstruction and repair works.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, PM Nawaz said that every single Pakistani is feeling that country is more peaceful as compare to earlier days.

He congratulated Chief Minister of Balochistan Abdul Malik Baloch for maintaining peaceful environment in the province.

Meanwhile, Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Bajwa said terrorists group who damaged the Quaid’s Residency in Ziarat has been arrested. He vowed that army will foil all wicked designs of the enemies of Pakistan.

It is pertinent to mention that residency was restored to its original state in a short span of four months, with a cost of Rs 15 crore.

For restoring the Quaid-e-Azam Residency to its original form, different kinds of stones and wood were used.
