PM Nawaz recommends Sardar Mehtab for Governor KP

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif has suggested the name of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) for Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), ARY News reports.
The name has been sent to the President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain.
Nawaz Sharif also forwarded the resignation of former KP Governor Engineer Shaukatullah.
Engineer Shaukatullah had resigned from office on Tuesday on which the name of Sardar Mehtab Khan Abbasi was being considered for office.
Sardar Mehtab Khan Abbasi has also served as Chief Minister of KP from 1997 to 1999.
