Special Assistant to Prime Minister, Irfan Siddiqui informed media that PM will present government’s performance before the nation and will take the nation into confidence over the current political situation marred by opposition’s agitation with Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) planning for anti-government march on Independence Day (August 14th).
While PAT chief Tahir-ul-Qadri wants a complete overhauling of the electoral and administrative system. Imran Khan led PTI wants by elections and wants PM Nawaz to resign.
The Prime Minister will be directly speaking to the nation on 8:30 PM on Tuesday.
