PM, President, CJP attend wedding reception of army chief's son

RAWALPINDI: Prime Minister Imran Khan, President Arif Alvi and Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar attended the valima ceremony of Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s son Saad Siddique Bajwa here on Monday.
Other prominent among the guests who attended the wedding reception were National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, former army chief Gen (retd) Raheel Sharif, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Aitzaz Ahsan, Khursheed Shah, PML-N leader Khawaja Asif, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, PML-Q leader Pervaiz Elahi, former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar and singer Shehzod Roy.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Asif Ghafoor posted few images from the reception on his official twitter account, wishing the army chief’s son “a very happy matrimonial life.”
