PM’s assistant, Qatari ambassador discuss issues of employment of Pakistanis in Qatar

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Zulfiqar Bukhari with Ambassador of Qatar Saqr Bin Mubarak Al Mansouri discussed the issues of employment of Pakistanis in Qatar and Qatari investments in Pakistan.

Both the dignitaries on Monday discussed issues of mutual interests. The ambassador informed Bukhari that the Qatari government was planning to create 100,000 additional jobs for skilled Pakistanis in Qatar.

Furthermore, the special assistant to the PM proposed to establish a think tank on progressive thinking for future projects between the two countries.

He emphasized the fact that Qatar and Pakistan needed to strengthen cultural ties and that the trade between the two countries should increase.

Saqr Mubarak informed Zulfiqar Bukhari that Qatar was interested in investing in a number of economic sectors in Pakistan.
