President Mamnoon, PM Nawaz greet nation on Eid ul Fitr

In his message to the nation on this grand occasion, President Mamnoon Hussain said that the real joy of Eid lies in sharing your happiness with poor and needy.

On this occasion, the Chairman of Senate, Nayyar Hussain Bukhari and the Minister for State and Frontier Regions (SAFRON), Abdul Qadir Baloch met the President and extended their warm wishes.

On the other hand, Prime Minister, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif greeted the nation on Eid ul Fitr and prayed for the country to be freed from terrorism and sectarian, to be peaceful and progressive.

He said that we can celebrate Eid in its true sense only by sharing its delights with our poor relatives, neighbors and the ones in hour of need.

PM Nawaz while paying a tribute to the armed forces of Pakistan, referred to this occasion as a day to pay homage to the ones who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the country.

Moreover, both the leaders prayed for the prosperity, welfare, security and well being of Pakistan.
