ARY News has learnt and official sources have also confirmed that the British premier has sent warm wishes for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif after his successful heart surgery in London.
The prime minister underwent an open-heart surgery at a London’s hospital earlier this week and will be shifted to a room from the Intensive care Unit (ICU) on doctors’ advice.
PM will be in ICU for another 24 hours & will Insha’Allah be shifted to his room tomorrow. Overall,his surgeons very happy with his progress

PM’s surgeons visited this morning & removed 2 drain tubes from his chest which has alleviated discomfort. He was also made to sit briefly.

While on the international front, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, and British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond and the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon too expressed best wishes for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s successful operation and speedy recovery.

Before his surgery, Prime Minister presided over the National Economic Council (NEC) and the federal cabinet meetings through a video link on May 30 from the Pakistani High Commission and approved the budget 2016-17.
