Prime Minister strongly condemns London terror attack

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorist attack in London, causing the loss of precious lives and leaving many others injured.

In a statement denouncing the terrorist attack on Sunday, the Prime Minister said we stand in solidarity with the people and government of United Kingdom in this sad moment.

He expressed condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for early recovery of the injured.

The Foreign Office spokesperson, in another statement, said that the people and government of Pakistan stand in solidarity with the United Kingdom and its people in this hour of grief.

The spokesperson reiterated Pakistan`s stance that terrorism is a global menace and as a common challenge it needs to be tackled with collective effort and cooperation.
