Federal Ministry of Interior in an advisory to the provinces said that a province would have to bear the expenses during the deployment of troops in that federating unit.
The provinces will also be responsible for the arrangements for the deployment of the military, the ministry further said.
The provinces could summon the required strength of the military for assistance to the civil administration, which will be decided with mutual consultation, the advisory added.
