The FIR has been filed against former provincial ministers of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) Chaudhry Nadeem Khadim and Chaudhry Rashid.
Earlier, nine people were injured when unknown persons opened fire at a convoy of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) that was passing through Garmaala area of Jhelum on Sunday.
PML-N and PTI are at a standoff against each other as PTI Chairman Imran Khan has accused Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of winning the general elections by rigging the polls.
