He was later moved to judicial magistrate court where the magistrate sent him to police for one-day physical remand.
Mr. Hussain was taken to Pabbi police station shortly after he was held from his residence. PTI man Sher Khan had lodged an FIR against Hussain for ordering his guards to open fire at PTI rally last night in Pabbi Bazar of Nawshera, which resulted a death of Tehreek Insaf worker.
A large number of ANP activists had reached the police station after news of Hussain’s arrest spread.
On the other hand, accused Hussain said he had suffered a huge loss after his son was killed, adding he could not even think of murdering any one.
Speaking to media outside the court, he said PTI was celebrating its victory and amid celebratory gunfire their man died. “I dont know how was he killed.”
He said he was surprised at raid at his home. It is disappointing that no PTI worker has been arrested who incited violence during the rally.
