LAHORE: Preparations for the Local Bodies (LB) elections in Punjab are ongoing by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), while the process of printing of the nomination papers for the candidates has been accomplished – ARY News reports.
The ECP officials have told that on the whole 42 lac nomination papers have been printed for Punjab. While the candidates willing to contest the LB polls could acquire the nomination papers from tomorrow.
Earlier, the ECP had scheduled the LB polls in Punjab on 30th January, following year.
