Rana Sanaullah, son-in-law nominated for PTI worker's killing

According to details, a PTI worker named Haq Nawaz was reportedly shot dead by the security guard of Rana Sanaullah’s son-in-law, Shehryar.

Ata Muhammad, the brother of slain PTI worker, has nominated the former Law Minister Punjab Rana Sanaullah, his son-in-law named Shehryar and Shehryar’s guard in the application seeking the registration of an FIR of his brother’s murder.

The family of the deceased Haq Nawaz has refused to allow the authorities to carry out the post mortem of the slain worker, as long as an FIR is not registered against the nominated accused.

Our correspondent told that confusion lies over the jurisdiction of two police stations and it is yet to be decided that the site of murder falls under whose domain, however the bereaved family is adamant not to proceed with legalities until a case is not registered against Rana and others nominated.
