Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s relationship has gauged interest and captivated fans for quite a long time now. Though both Bollywood superstars have been photographed on many instances together, whether it be parties or Bollywood awards, the duo has not publicly come out and expressed their love for each other. Ranveer Singh, however, could not contain himself when his ‘rumoured’ girlfriend Deepika came on stage to accept her award for ‘Woman of the Year’ and bent a knee for her!

Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh were hosting the IIFA awards and were delighting everyone with their wit and raw humour. The duo has already earned the ire of Indian public in the past when they both agreed to be ‘roasted’ by AIB. However, during their IIFA awards hosting gig, when Arjun said, “Woh Dekh Deepika, (Look, Deepika is there),” Ranveer replied, “Tab se wahi toh dekh raha hoon, (I am looking at her only).”

Soon as the dimpled beauty made her way on to the stage to accept her ‘Woman of the Year’ award, Ranveer bent a knee and presented Deepika with a heart (followed by a rose as well). All Padukone could do was smile shyly and accept both gifts that came her way!

Ranveer and Deepika are one of the most sought-after couples in Bollywood. Whilst Deepika has delivered numerous hits since three years consecutively, Ranveer has also done well in his recent films and his latest film Dil Dhadakne Do has minted a sizable amount at the box office and earned positive reviews. Ranveer-Deepika have starred in a film titled Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. The film went on to be a super hit and both superstars’ chemistry was adorned by fans.

Ranveer and Deepika will be seen alongside each other in the upcoming movie Bajirao Mastani, which will also feature renowned actress Priyanka Chopra.
